About the Role

 

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Support Officer to work in our small but very busy Safeguarding Team.  As a Business Support Officer you will provide efficient business support to the service. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders to meet service needs.

You will need to be experienced in, and be able to:

  • Effective and proficient diary management;
  • Effective communication with Partners;
  • Taking minutes of meetings and providing the administration surrounding that;
  • Experienced in the use of the electronic system for invoice payments etc. or training can be provided around this.
  • You will need to have a good understanding of IT systems.
  • Be able to work under your own initiative. 

You will be working in a small but busy team and will need to be well organised and you should be able to work well alone, as well as part of a team.
