About the Role

 

We are seeking a Development Management Support Officer (x2) who shares our commitment to customer care. As part of the Business Support Team you will assist in providing business support to a number of services within the Place Directorate, Primarily supporting the Planning and Development Team. You will deal with correspondence and incoming calls from both internal and external customers and use a variety of back office systems to complete a range of tasks.

 

The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, ability to work within a team and be able to work on their own initiative. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and experience with Idox Uniform would be an advantage, although training will be provided. Working as part of a busy team, you will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Planning and Development Management or other built environment disciplines would be an advantage.
