Job Title – Senior Surveyor (Estates)
Location – Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. Working arrangements are flexible and will be a combination of office and home based.
Salary range – £39,493- £42,503 (excluding pending April 2023 pay award). Plus benefits including defined benefit pension scheme.
Working Pattern – Full Time
Working hours – 36.25, post is eligible for flexible working
Contract type – Permanent

About the Role
Trafford Council has new and ambitious Estates strategy which will deliver significant change over the next 10 years. It will grow our income to support the delivery of services and support our capital programme through active asset management and development. The successful candidate will be part of a team that will deliver the strategy through excellent asset management.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team and contribute to real change in local government. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to manage a varied workload.

Additional Information
We operate on a flexible working basis with team members currently working from Trafford Town Hall 3 days out of 10 with the remainder from home and on site as necessary.
