We currently have an exciting vacancy within the Access Trafford Customer Service Team. We are looking for an apprentice with good IT skills to help manage emails and post that comes into our Blue Car Badge Team. You will also take calls dealing with Blue Car Badge enquires from our residents to enable our small team to provide excellent Customer Care when processing Blue Car badge applications.

About the Role

 

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be involved in admin duties such as managing the post, several email accounts as well attaching documents to applications. You will gain knowledge of the Blue Car Badge scheme and will also take calls from customers who have applied for a Blue Car Badge.

You will gain excellent Customer Service skills to help deal with customer queries. You will need to be able to adapt to different duties in a fast paced environment and have the customer focused approach to your work.

 

You will be expected to work Monday- Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm on a rota basis. As part of your apprentice role you will be expected to study for NVQ level 3 in Customer Service or similar.
