Support Workers
Adult Services

Do you know someone who has a caring nature, is willing to learn, and is not necessarily looking for a 9 to 5 role…..

Why not step into social care and support those in hospital waiting to go back home…. it might not be your family member…. but it’s someone else’s and it’s an opportunity to really make a difference for the people of Trafford.

As a Support Worker you will play a critical role in helping people get back home from hospital and into the comfort of their own homes where they can then be supported to live independently.

If you are able to help, ready to take on a new challenge and learn some new skills along the way this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working in adult social care you can really make a difference to people’s lives every single day, and they will make a difference to yours too.

We are looking for people who share our values and support our residents to lead their best lives by being supported, encouraged and treated with respect and kindness in their own homes.  The role is being offered on a casual basis.

The role is physically demanding and staff will be on their feet most of the time whilst caring for our residents.  Enhanced DBS checks will be required before people can start in the role.

No experience is required as full induction and training will be provided.

Salary: £19,698 - £21,748
