Salary – £19,698 - £21,748 per annum (Pro rata for part time working. An additional unsocial hours allowance may be applicable depending on shift pattern.)

About us:
Care at Home is a re-ablement service that supports service users in their own home. We provide short term support with personal care, meal preparation, medication and domestic tasks for people who have experienced recent illness or injury. Our focus is to support our service users to regain their confidence and independence.  There is no restriction on the times of visits and each service user is given the time and space they need to progress.

The team consists of 16 Support Workers, 2 Senior Support Workers, a Team Coordinator, an Occupational Therapist and the Team Manager.

About you:

You will enjoy taking personal responsibility to resolve issues and change what you do and how you do it to make a difference.

You will have good communication skills with both service users and other professionals.

About the role:

Care at Home is a short-term reablement services and our goal is to support our service users to continue to live independently in their own homes.  You will support service users in their own homes with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication and domestic task.    Your remit will be to promote independence and personal centered care at all times. 

You will undertake all training courses as required.

You will be required and undertake all tasks conducive to the role.
